Financial Reporting Specialist
Description:
Briscoe Solutions, an innovator in Corporate Performance Management software solutions
and creators of Vivid Reports and the Human Asset Planner, is currently seeking
a Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Professional Services Team. The successful
candidate will be a tech-savvy self-starter with strong interpersonal and communication
skills as this role involves substantial contact with clients and partners. This
position is based out of the head office in Winnipeg, Manitoba.
The successful candidate will build strong relationships with clients through ongoing
communication and seamless support. This will include providing introductory training
in using the software to create customized financial reports and budget templates.
Additionally, our Financial Reporting Specialist will provide advanced training
and ongoing support to ensure that our clients are utilizing the software to the
fullest. The Specialist will also provide assistance to our partners as second-line
support. Communications and training are mostly web-based, but the successful candidate
will be expected to travel within North America when required by clients and partners.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide training and support to new and existing clients and partners
- Provide financial report and budget template development services to clients
- Develop instructional videos and help develop FAQ area of website
- Assist in creating training programs and materials
- Some software testing and feedback required
Skills:
- Ability to provide excellent customer service
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and listening)
- Proficient with, and advanced knowledge of, Microsoft Excel
- Quick thinker who is motivated to learn new things and teach others
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles and concepts
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as Finance, Accounting, or Computer Science
is required
- Previous experience as an accountant, business analyst, or report writer is preferred
- Knowledge of or experience with advanced ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics
GP, NAV, AX is a plus
- Accounting background is preferred especially with an understanding of financial
reporting, and budget and forecasting processes
ASP.NET Programmer / Web Developer Position
Description:

/ Web Developer. We are looking for a team player with excellent communication skills

Qualifications:
